HISTORY OF NEWTON AND ITS PEOPLE

The City of Newton has a rich, varied, and distinguished history. The Newton Free Library has many circulating and reference books to help readers learn about the history of Newton. The following books are available either for use in the library or at home using our circulating books. "N" and "MASS" books are in the Special Collections Room and must be used in the library only. For copying purposes, materials from Special Collections are on microfiche. Ask a librarian if you need help in locating a book or using the microfiche. The book call number is listed at the end of each item.
