There are four ways to get reference help from the Newton Free Library Reference Staff.
FASTEST SERVICE: For fastest service or for questions which involve in-depth research by library staff, please visit the reference desk at the Library in-person. The reference staff work during Library business hours: Monday-Thursday 9 A.M – 9 P.M., Friday 9 A.M.-6 P.m., Saturday 9 A.M.-5 P.M. and Sunday 12-5 P.M. (The Library is closed on Sundays during the months of July and August).
TELEPHONE SERVICE: For telephone service please call us at: 617/796-1380 during Library business hours.
EMAIL SERVICE: For convenient email service fill in the form below to submit a question to our reference staff. Make your question as detailed as possible. Be sure to include any important keywords that relate to your subject. Use as much room as you need, the text area will scroll to take in longer questions.
