Mother Goose on the Loose Drop-in Lapsits

As part of the Mother Goose on the Loose grant, we will be offering drop-in lapsits the first and third Saturday of each month, for children ages 0-23 months, with caregivers.

Saturdays, January 5 and 19 at 10:30 am

The Mother Goose on the Loose Lapsit programs are partially funded with LSTA funds through the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.

World Cultures - Mexico: Blessing of the Animals

Children will learn about the “Blessing of the Animals,” a popular festival celebrated in Mexico and Central America, by listening to stories, making a craft, and bringing in a favorite stuffed animal to share.

Lego Club: Ages 6-9

Use your imagination to create marvelous constructions with Legos! The club meets once a month with a different theme each time. January’s theme: Bridges and Tunnels.

Auburndale Branch Winter Carnival

On Saturday, January 26, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, the Auburndale Branch will host a grand Winter Carnival. Food, games, Legos, balloons, prizes and a visit from a noted children's entertainer are sure to warm winter-weary souls, old and young.
