Programs Hanukkah Story/Craft Hour Children will listen to some Hanukkah tales and make a festive craft. Kwanzaa Story/Craft Hour Learn about this festive harvest holiday with some stories and a craft. Enjoy a fun performance of this classic tale. Tuesday, December 19, at 4:00PM Ages 4 and up Druker Auditorium Is It Fact or Fiction? - Snow Children will listen to stories and discover amazing facts about snow and create their own snowy craft to take home. Ages 7 and up Thursday, December 21, at 4:15PM Registration begins Monday, December 11. World Cultures - Christmas in Germany Children will learn how people in Germany celebrate Christmas with a story, craft and delicious treat. Thursday, December 14, at 4:15PM Ages 5 and up Registration begins Monday, December 4. Puppet Show Pumpernickel Puppets presents “The Billy Goats Gruff” & “The Lion and the Mouse”. Talented puppeteer John McDonough returns with these entertaining stories. Thursday, December 28, at 2:00PM Ages 4 and up Druker Auditorium Sponsored by the Friends of the Library Holiday Family Sing-along with Dave Polansky Join David Polansky for an afternoon filled with delightful songs for Christmas, Hannukah, and Kwanzaa. Wednesday, December 27, at 10:30AM All Ages Druker Auditorium Everybody Loves a Story Have fun and earn community service credit! Get coaching from a professional storyteller and learn to select, adapt and tell stories. We’ll help you find places to tell your stories to children in grades pre-K through 3.
