Mother Goose Asks, “Why?”
A Reading and Science Activity Program for Young Families
Mother Goose Asks, “Why?” is a family literacy program for children and their caregivers, that uses fantastic picture books and fun hands-on activities to introduce and emphasize science concepts to children.
3-5 year olds: Wednesdays at 4:15PM Feb. 2, 9, 16, 23 Registration begins Monday, Jan. 24
6-8 year olds: Wednesdays at 7:00PM March 2, 9, 16, 23 Registration begins Monday, Feb. 14
Mother Goose Programs are developed by the Vermont Center for the Book. They are supported in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by the Massachusetts Center for the Book and federally funded with LSTA funds through the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
