	World Cultures - Norooz - "Persian New Year" Marzi Jahedi will share stories, a craft and a delicious treat about this festive Iranian holiday. Monday, March 22 at 4:30pm Ages 5 and up Registration begins Monday, March 8
	Storyteller and Author Visit - Sydelle Pearl Come hear author Sydelle Pearl, author of the recently reprinted Elijah's Tears: Stories for the Jewish Holidays. She will share some of her original tales about acts of kindness as well as talk about getting her book published. Tuesday, March 23 at 4:00pm Ages 5 and up Registration begins Monday, March 8 Sponsored by the Friends of the Library
	Fun with Folktales - Wind Children will hear folktales about the many aspects of wind and make a "windy" project. Thursday, March 25 at 4:15pm Ages 7 and up Registration begins Monday, March 8
	Science Tuesday - Mad Science Workshop Mad Science will present a prorams called Mineral Mania. Tuesday, March 30 at 4:00pm Ages 6 and up Druker Auditorium Registration begins Monday, March 8 Sponsored by the Friends of the Library
	Eighth Annual Poetry Fest Put your poem in print by participating in the Children's Room Eighth Annual Poetry Fest. One original poem per child (under 16 years old) will be accepted for the journal Write Now!, with a submission deadline of Friday, March 26. A celebration will be held the evening of Monday, May 10 when all young poets will receive a copy of Write Now!
