Activities

	Registration for Winter Storytimes and Programs begins Monday, December 9. To register call 617-796-1370 or come to the Children's Room.
	Holiday Concert - Songs and Stories to Celebrate Light Award-winning minstrel Mary Jo Maichack will enchant with stories and songs from all over the world celebrating the beauty of light. Sunday, December 8 at 2:00pm Ages 5 and up Druker Auditorium Sponsored by the Friends of the Library
	Gingerbread House Workshop Come listen to some gingerbread stories and help create a real gingerbread house. Tuesday, December 10 at 3:30pm Ages 6 and up Meeting Room B (by the Art Gallery) Registration begins Monday, December 2
	World Cultures Program - St. Lucia's Day Children's librarians will introduce children to this Swedish Festival of Light through stories and songs, crafts and refreshments. Friday, December 13 at 4:00pm Ages 5 and up Registration begins Monday, December 2
	Movie and Book Discussion - "Tuck Everlasting" Get a chance to discuss this terrific story and how it compares to the movie. Thursday, December 12 at 4:00pm Ages 9 and up Registration begins Monday, December 2
	Science Tuesday - Supercold Science A scientist from the Museum of Science will be presenting experiments using extremely cold substances. Tuesday, December 17 at 4:00pm Ages 7 and up Druker Auditorium Sponsored by the Friends of the Library
