Story
Magic and Book Drive
Join Curious George for a
celebration of stories and reading at the Library. There will be
a puppet show, craft-making, and storytelling by Children's Room
Supervisor Susan Raskin Abrams.
Saturday, May 11 at 1:30 - 3:00PM
Ages 3 and up.
Refreshments will be served.
Books for the Book Drive (new or
gently used) may be placed in the collection box in the Children’s
Room beginning Monday, April 29 or brought to the May 11 event.
Books will be donated to the
Newton Creative Start Childcare Centers and other local
programs. This event is co-sponsored by the Friends of the Library,
the Newton
Mother's Forum, and Newton Wellesley Community Partnerships for
Children.
