Hoover's Online contains a wide variety of business information about public, private and non-U.S. companies, including extensive company profiles, information about competitors, and names and biographies of key people.  Also available is company and industry news, IPO information, research reports, and annual reports.  Company searches can be targeted using 18 parameters, including industry, location, financial information, company size, and company type.  Searches can also screen stocks by up to 20 different criteria.

While the Hoovers.com website is available anywhere, enhanced options are available in the Library, where the premium features of Hoover's Pro subscription access are available.

Morningstar provides financial data on over 12,000 stocks and 24,000 mutual funds, with independent reports on 1,700 stocks and 2,300 funds. Potential investors can plan investment strategies and monitor mutual funds, as well as research current or prospective holdings, find price performance records, and learn about fund portfolios and their management. Includes exclusive Morningstar Ratings. Updated frequently.
