The Probate and Family Court in Middlesex County, Massachusetts generally deals with cases regarding family issues.  These cases include, but are not limited to:  adoption, divorce, separation, separate support, probate of estates, will filing, adjudicating a father, child support, guardianships, abuse, and equity matters. Massachusetts has 14 divisions of probate and family courts with 51 justices. The courts have jurisdiction over estate, support/custody, paternity, domestic violence, miscellaneous civil, adoption, and divorce cases. The court does not allow jury trials. The state has a separate juvenile court, which allows jury trials. Massachusetts Probate Courts by county listed.  Useful from this web site:
