MONEY MANAGEMENT IN A TIME OF ECONOMIC STRESS

With the economy in turmoil, it's more likely individuals and families are thinking of their current economic situation. Budgeting for the future becomes even more important. How do you get started, and how do you know if the budget you've set is realistic?
