Help the Friends Help the Library!

When you volunteer for one of the following activities, you'll be providing valuable service, and you'll enjoy the camaraderie of other committed volunteers.
  • Book and Author Luncheon - Select authors and arrange annual spring luncheon
  • Book Cart Sales - Stock book carts daily for book cart sales
  • Book Sales - Assist with quarterly weekend sales in basement of former Auburndale Branch
  • Book Sorting, Shelving and Pricing - Prepare for Book Sales on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in basement of former Auburndale Branch
  • Gift Cart - Sell items at Friends Cart in Lobby of the Main Library
  • Mailings - Prepare monthly Library newsletter and Friends renewal letters for mailing
  • SWAT Team - Meet the first Wednesday of the month at the Main Library to assist as needed with various Library projects
